The goal of Lifestyle Medicine is to treat the root cause of disease through prevention, management and reversal of lifestyle related diseases.  Lifestyle Medicine uses evidenced based lifestyle interventions as first line treatment.  The six pillars of lifestyle medicine are nutrition, exercise, regenerative sleep, connectedness and positive psychology, avoiding substance abuse and mental health well-being.
